Hey I am 14 and go on holiday every year with my family. I started riding MTB's last summer and my older brother who has a daughter has ridden for a long time now.
Are there any destinations that have nice beaches/suitable for a nice, hot family holiday but also allow for me and my brother to go off for a couple of hours riding?
Just got back from Menorca where I did some riding with my other brother on the Cami De Cavals which was awesome. Anywhere similar?

I hear that Sorrento is very good. Never been but the recommendation came from someone who's ridden all over the world on an mtb.
Either way I'm jealous.

I believe there are some options on the Algarve. Never been but found plenty of links for MTB trails/uplift when considering a family holiday earlier in the year.
Côte d'Azur between St Tropez and Cannes has some wonderful beaches with mountains behind. Frejus/St Raphaël have Massif de l'esterel mountains which are a blast to ride and unlike anything you can ride in the UK.
