[Closed] Morzine XC advice needed.

I've ridden in PdS for many years now but have often wondered if there was a feasible route between Pointe de Mosettes and Pointe de Fornet.

The way to Grande Conche seems easy enough, and the map shows a good trail from there onwards to Pas du Cubore, avoiding Pointe de Chavanette. Onwards to Pas de Bassachaux seems to be on skilift access tracks according to my reading of the IGN maps and air-photos. The last km or so to Col du Fornet seems a bit vague!. Contouring around leads to the Col du Fornet track up from Avoriaz and once at the col a plain enough path apears to lead down to the refuge and then to the Chalet de L'Aiguile. Chalet des Mines d'Or lies (a lot) lower down again.

Any experiences. Will I die, and if so, slowly and painfully or will it be relatively quickly?

And what tyres?
