I've lost my Shure 315's *muchly sad face*
The local HMV has some heavily discounted Monster in-ear 'phones (£130 down to £40)
Anyone care to tell me how they will compare to my lost Shure's? I've never heard of Monster headphones but I love a bargain. Maybe I should just stick with what I know.....

Whenever I see headphones displayed in a shop with a mirror nearby, I suspect that they're more about how they make you look, not how they sound.
Monster always seem to be one of those brands.
What's important to you?

Overpriced fashion headphones with a rubbish (for my taste) sound. If it was me I'd get another pair of Shures (if you liked them) or something like some etymotics etc.
