They do, but it's a pig to park and there's very little space to put bikes. And it's a monday night so 7% artisan craft IPAs might not be a good idea ๐Ÿ˜‰

Also, Daz, we're not going to reenact the last MNPR in Hebden. I was quite, quite hungover the next morning.

All the beer in the Stubbings is of the old-man variety. Hangovers won't be an issue.

Yes, very much so on the beer front. New decor is.... unflattering though.

For some reason I was expecting something along those lines to appear on this thread!

To be fair, having seen some of the other offerings, you've let him off lightly. ๐Ÿ˜€

If I leave that he'll hole I call work I might be up for it. It's my birthday too. Which in past experiences means A&E.

Hmmm, beer ride in Hebden or curry ride in Huddersfield. Life is good when those are your dilemmas.

Bugger, bugger, bugger. Will be in the Lakes on Monday. Shame, I did Blue Pig / Lumb Falls / Peckett Well last weekend, for first time in over a year, and realised that I had forgotten how excellent the riding is around there. Not to mention the beer! Enjoy gents

So whats the plan.

As above. Tempting as it is to go for a full-on hebden tech-fest, I reckon we'll stick to the tried and tested classics route. Popples-Blue Pig-Pecket Well.

Looking like we should be riding between showers tonight. Which is nice, as I've got summer tyres on and I'm probably not going to change them.

If anyone is feeling sprightly I'll probably get a quick up/down in before the off. Will spin past CoOp carpark entrance at 7.35 to grab anyone. Ride something local. Then potter to the pub for a faff.

I'll be dressed like me.

Has the pre-ride pint been re-instigated?

Its a delicate balance to maintain. It has been known for us not to make it out of the pub ๐Ÿ˜€

Hamstring permitting I may actually make it out at some point soon

tbh it nearly finished me off up the first hill!

It was a nice short flat route last night with beer and nice folks so its a shame they are not over this way more often.
