So recently i broke my hydraulic brake lever and trying to get a new one. So i have shimano ZEE calipers and levers but my back brake lever broke this weekend and the lever can't be fixed. And the thing is there is no shimano ZEE levers near my country. Heres a list of the options i can get. MY lever was BL-M640-B
Shimano Deore BL-MT501 2-Finger
Shimano SLX BL-M7100 RIGHT
Shimano XT BL-M8000 RIGHT
Shimano XT BL-M8100 RIGHT
Shimano DEORE BL-M6100 Right

All these are shimano mineral oil
What are your suggestions
Which will feel and brake same as my previos lever
My zee caliper code is BR-M640
Right now im thinking of getting the shimano XT BL-M8000 Let me know if that will fit on my SM-BH90 hose

Zee is equivalent to 'older' SLX - I beleive the ZEE lever is literally an SLX with a different colour.

Al Shimano brake bits are generally cross compatible.

However most of what you have listed there are the slightly newer design with the clamp moved.

The older M8000 is the same shape/casting as your broken ZEE lever so i'd go with that.

Zee lever

Newer Deore/SLX/XT design with clamp moved in board

Older XT M8000 design with same casting shape as your broken Zee lever.

I've mixed Shimano road levers and calipers almost at random and they've all worked fine in the various combinations if that means anything

I have m8000 levers with zee calipers on the FS and the reverse on the HT. Both are great.

I've got a bike with one new shimano - in board clamp - where the other is an old lever (on a newer caliper). So I'd add that the old and new levers also give a similar enough lever feel that they feel like near enough a pair. If you're not worried about looks I wouldn't worry about that mismatch.

I've just mixed some XT 8100 levers with 2015 Saint calipers and that combo works perfectly

Shimano compatibility chart confirms brake and hose are compatible:

I'm using the hose that came with the Zees for the M8000 lever and Zee caliper.
