Just been for a mini epic with a mate. Got lost, got cold, got hungry, got very wet and 6 hours later, after tea and mars bars with the little money that we took, got home. Totally feeling great, about to get in the bath. I have always enjoyed the ups and downs of cycling, be they physical or emotional; a metaphor for life (or the other way around). Today confirmed it again for me.
