What's the generic name for the star pattern of their chainrings?

Alternatively any recommendations for a budget narrow/wide chainring to fin a Uno?

think your only option is

or you could buy a 4 arm spider to replace the uno and fit a 104mm BCD n/w of which there are hundreds
