Bought a lovely neon orange 2010 Commencal Absolut SX frame from them at the end of October but after just 3 weeks noticed cracking and distortion around one of the chainstay pivot bearing seats (on closer inspection the frame was missing a bearing spacer on each side having been incorrectly factory assembled). I contacted the folks at Merlin who immediately arranged for collection of my damaged frame, liasing with Commencal and keeping me informed every step of the way. Today this lovely 2011 warranty replacement arrived - awesome colour 😛 , awesome service 😀 - thank you very much indeed chaps! You rock! 8)

I'm surprised you had it for 3 weeks!
And I agree after recent dealings with merlin's returns department I too found they were fantastic.
