[Closed] Merida 140 700 Vs 800

Just considering buying the 2019 model of one of these bikes on the cycle to work scheme. I can get the 140 700 for £1450 and the 140 800 for £2000. The £550 difference should work out at just under £400 difference after cycle to work savings.

Any opinions on whether the 800 is worth £400 more? It has Code R brakes Vs Deore, a KS Lev dropper Vs a Merida one, a GX groupset Vs SLX/XT and a different rear hub. Besides that it looks to be the same.
