Apologies for the self-plug, but thought this might help pass the time if you were having a boring day indoors 8)

All this T-P talk is starting to make me want to go back. God damn temptation! :-/

Ooh that's worrying. I thought peoples' works didn't know about Vimeo yet ๐Ÿ™

I know I want to... I just don't think I can this year. :-/

I am starting to get the feeling that there will be another T-P in my future. Serious FOMO for this year.

NICE!!

you had me hooked until I saw this

The price does not include flights, sports massage therapy or bottled/canned beverages.

a faazand quid and no beer? ymbjm ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜†

I would be sorely tempted but I'm off to NZ in late october and think that 2 trips that month might be a bit much. I'd happily sign up for next year but I have a project executing through october ๐Ÿ™

Looks superb, I shall post the link on our club site, I expect there may be some takers from here

Freegan bikefascist,
Thanks for pointing out this rather outdated website relic regarding drinks which is actually there from before the 09 event. I've now changed it. A few drinks are actually included... I have now changed this on the site.

...not that it makes a huge difference, I admit. We know that it's an expensive event / trip, such is the nature of staff- and logistics-intensive point-to-pointers. In effect we run it at the lowest price that we can afford to, with it still being somewhat worth our while financially. I guess that many (/most?) people participating see it as a once-in-a-lifetime type of thing.

The key thing we promise these people in return is more singletrack than any other 7-day MTB event, worldwide.

or 'More Singletrack than you can shake a big, big, big stick at'

Whatever that means ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice vid, looks like fun! Refreshing to see a mtb'er vid that actually cuts/fades in time with the music used rather than just randomly slapping a track over edited footage ๐Ÿ™‚
