Worth watching the 1st minute - Linky

Either a finely set up marketing stunt, or a bit of a nightmare.

A bit of a ‘dreich’ ride by the looks of things.

I think the way to go is to add an e-bike kit to the Vitus.
The bottle cage bolts might handle another battery.
Then you’ve got rear and front-wheel drive.

Aside from the climbing potential, it would absolutely nail the berms😜

70lbs?

I can relate, the most damage I've done to my bikes in recent years has been dropping them on their sides when trying to take photos 🙄

I wouldn't employ the OP as a clickbait headline writer 😉

McTrail rider's new ebike falls into canal before first ride (0:30)

Either a finely set up marketing stunt, or a bit of a nightmare.

This kind of problem (minus canal) caught me out a couple of times with my new slack bike. I wonder how much prone the Vitus (64deg head angle) is to it compared to the Highlander (66deg).

I used to stay a few hundred years from where that is on the canal, fished n’ swam there as a kid as well as jumped into the canal on our bikes.
