Maybe off end of August here, I can find bike hire places but it doesn't give much info. Anyone know if I can hire a decent bike and are the trails easy to follow/find? Cheers. Any advice welcome.

Just got back from Mayrhofen and the riding is superb. The bike park stuff is pretty fun and easy to find but I'd recommend getting a guide to show you the really good stuff as it's not obvious. If you like technical downhill singletrack you will love it. Not sure about the quality of the hire bikes.

Any tips on finding the good stuff or where to go to get a guide ?
Am planning on taking my fat bike and body armour rather than trail bike, is that wise ?
