I have a set of pike with a 20mm maxle on a xt hub and looking at a revelation with maxle light for another bike, can i use the same wheel with the maxle light? Cheers

yes but the disc/caliper spacing might be off. you can shim the calipers to suit the disc...

Yeah the maxle and maxle light are functionally identical.
