All done through Amer sports now

But you might have to go through a dealer rather than direct.

thanks goldenwonder, i've spoke to two dealers, both not very helpful as they don't know the product and have to consult the service centre...(useless)

the phone number on the amer site doesn't work ether.

What product and which dealers have you tried?

I'm struggling to get a picture of a 'mavic service centre' out of my head; sexy french lady on the front desk, Gauloise smoking mechanic out the back, smooth manager looking with interest at your wife while you attempt to explain in poor Franglais...

How odd, I guess things have changed since I left the shop. Should be able to get the number for you tomorrow if you're stuck.
*edit* try this one 01276 404870

i thought there was a service centre in each country?

you or goldenwonder may be able to answer my question.

can i convert a crossmax st front hub from 15mm to 20mm? the wheels come in 20mm,15mm and 9mm qr.
and if so can i do it myself or would i have to send it back to mavic/service centre?

cheers
