Looks like the same rim with a new name?
Looking to replace a F219 with a EN321, it should just be a straight swap?
ones 19mm wide the other's 21mm wide - surely?
Yes - they're pretty much the same rim I think.
F219 = XM321 = EN321
All 28mm wide
Yes, the same rim. They changed the model name when they started numbering them with the rim width (eg 21 being 21mm while the 19 in F219 didn't refer to the width).
Decent rims - had them for a few years.
EN521 better though. In my experience XM321 were made of cheese, they were bending very easily (wheels built by Merlin).
They looked absolutely identical to me other than the sticker...
Different way of joining the rim, that's the difference (makes for a stronger as stiffer wheel).
Thanks!
identical AFAIK, I think even the joining method remained the same, both are pinned?
Its the 7xx series that are welded, 8xx are tubeless, 5xx is single box section no idea how it differs form 7xx realy, 3xx is tripple box section, 1xx is non-eyeletted?
As for being made of cheese, they'r good enough for Barrel, so they'll do for me!
Barrel doesn't pay for his wheels from his own pocket. If you were sponsoring me I'd be happy to use weaker rims.

Don't think they are - 819s are 23.5mm wide - http://www.pricepoint.com/detail/12907-260_MAVXM4-3-Parts-66-Rims/Mavic-XM-819-Rim-offer?utm_source=Shoppingcom&utm_medium=datafeed&utm_campaign=FTP&offer=IN090SN1.htm&zmam=3075515&zmas=1&zmac=15&zmap=260%20MAVXM4
