I've got a Marzocchi Z3 coil fork from about 2002. They could probably do with a service. Does anyone have any pointers / advice etc?
- How hard is it to do?
- Is it one of thise jobs that will end in tears?
- What tools will I need?
- What oil will I need?
I'm reasonably competent at most jobs but I;ve never attempted this before.

I've got a surprisingly good workshop guide from MBR which shows how to take them apart with photos. I've also got the seal removal and insertion tools for sale.
