off to see peter kay friday with the mrs,and was wandering if there are any bike shops i could accidently stumble across in the city centre without it looking too dodgy :mrgreen:
also looking for any nice restaurants please

city centre bike shops- evans is on deansgate which is more or less the same road that the MEN arena is on, but it's about a mile down the street from the arena. then there's harry hall's, which is right down in between deansgate locks and oxford rd train station. there's a fixie/hipster/bmx-y type place in the northern quarter called GBH too, but other than those there aren't any other city centre shops.
restaurants- depends what you want to eat. there's loads.

Try Panama Hatties for ace food and great service. Just off the top of King Street.
