Mammoth Bikes?

Anybody used them? Seems to be a bricks'n'mortar shop chain in Spain.

They've got some clothing I'm after much cheaper than anywhere else, even allowing for postage, but am always wary of ordering from Europe these days; plus - just plain scam setups. 

They state:-

2.4 Shipments to Other Countries

Currently, we do not ship outside the European Union, except to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

For sales outside the European Union (EU), except for those made to the United Kingdom, VAT will not be applied. However, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case can we determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receipt of their order as it depends on the customs of the destination country. Except for shipments to the United Kingdom, the payment of such amount is the responsibility of the final customer.

So I read that as the price on the website is the price I pay?
