achillies tendonitus in my left heel.
Had it before in my right foot about 5 years ago when i rode to fort william from home in a day (140 miles) but now i have it in my left heel and its a pain in the arse, cant ride. spend my time sat on here icing my heel often to encourage blood flow and recovery.
Anything else i could be doing to speed up recovery..i know smee is going to say tape it up !
ive rectified the issue that caused it , saddle to high for my winter boots which have a smaller distance from cleet to sole of foot than that of my road shoes.causing excessive foot roll in my pedal stroke. so its not going to happen again.
Sorry to hear that. Rent the entire series of Star Trek Classic series on DVD. When you're done, it will be healed.
it just takes time and rest basically.
