Part of my job's teaching at a university
A few years ago I set some small group coursework and 1 group of five caused a bit of bother: 1 girl was accusing the other members of ignoring her ideas, pushing her out and belittling her. The other 2 girls also came to the office saying that she was difficult, moody and wanted everything her way. All 3 had been in tears within 48 hours of the 3 week period for the work.
On about day 6 the 2 lads came to me and said "is there something up with our group ?" 😆
