Freeborn were selling coil lyriks for £500. I got a pair - absolute bargain.

Devs and I have both got 2-step air Lyrics - both with minor issues. Excellent when they work, can't say they are 100% reliable. Both still useable though - one sits too high, the other too low.

Both thinking about a £60 u-turn coil conversion - recommended by TFTuned.

the 2-step or solo air can be switched to coils with u-turn fairly easily. mate at bike shop bought 2-step as only they come with 1.5 head tube but wanted coil sprung. took him about half hour to do. work fine.

2-step are often cheaper too. think the parts cost ~€50.

Coil. Your only reason for choosing air would be weight saving....in which case you probably dont need lyrics.
