Good in the respect came out relatively unscathed, bike needed a new barrel adjuster and a braided repair.
It is the very reason why i use flats TBH.

As for the orignal, that did look a long way down and sounds like the bike got off lightly !

That was me just salvaging the bike in that river... i managed to catch some soft mud and a rotten log that stopped me from going over the edge. If i had of been wearing SPD's it could have gone very wrong indeed. It was a case of spot the bike when i'd checked for impact damage!
