as title says
got a 07 spec xc comp in standard form
been offered a swop for a commencal 6.3 fr
wondering if you guys had any words on the commy
cant fault the spec just want a little more travel to do a bit of am and freeride

Do your research on the frames. My Meta never cracked, but then again I'm 65kg and sold it on! I had a 5.5 and it rode really well, if the 6.3 you are looking at has the same single piece swingarm it may benefit from a bolt thru rear axle.
2009 was the cursed year for 5.5s, dig a little deeper!
