I'm after some long bibs but don't want thermal/wind proof etc
Can anyone recommend any

Go to Aldi, they sometimes have a (decent for a food shop) range of cycling gear & that's where I got my bibs from - they're not lined, are padded, look fine, feel comfortable & they were cheap as ten bags of chips. 😉

Bib shorts + leg warmers.
Means you can wear your favourite bibs from the end of winter to the start of winter, and just bring out the longs for the winter. Winter winter.
Or try out some 3/4s?
