I was wondering if its possible to ride from London to Northampton a 100% off road or at least to Milton Keynes,if anyone could help with maps or advise please help me,cheers : )
Im sure you can do most of it on the Union Canal that runs from Northampton to London..........brings you out somewhere in Middlesex i believe
Give Sustrans a shout, they lead a ride from London to Kelmarsh (just N of N'hampton) each year, bulk is off road.

You can do the grand union canal from mk to London if that counts as off road. Did this year's back...not sure why?
Be sure to take a spare tube or two though.
