Has anyone got one of these? I know LOCT no longer sell or support them, or answer emails.
I bought one off ebay a while back, but it arrived without the white nylon (?) spacer that allows the front mount to pivot on the steerer tube.

Hoping that someone has one that could take a few pictures or measurements for me so i could get something made up, and rescue it from the scrap bin.
