[Closed] Lock out on pike 426 has came off. Where can I get a new one?

I was riding along one day and I heard a metal sound bouncing along behind me, so I stopped and there was my blue lock out switch on the floor. I picked it up and put it back on, it fitted quite tightly so I though it would be fine. A few weeks later I rode down a big bank about 50 ft down and when I got to the bottom to wait for my friend I looked at my folks and the blue switch had gone. I asked my friend to look at the bottom and I walked up the bank. I found nothing on the bank or where we had came from, I just decided to leave it after 20 mins of looking. It still works, but it is a pain turning the bolt and getting greased up fingers. I decided to see if I had lost anything else and just to piss me off more I had lost my dampener. I have looked on eBay and searched on Google to find these, but all I can find is the dampener. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where to get the lock out switch or even buy one from them.
