Having had my first ride at Landegla, I was impressed with the full usage of the land available , though not too impressed with a climb on the red route ( yes short I know, but a climb ) to the finish of the trail. ....But it is the discarded energy gel wrappers and other litter on the climbs of both black and red runs. Now surely if folks are on a black route they should be fairly switched on to Mtbing and the environment. or are these the idiots trail centres attract now. ( and yes I did pick u p what I could whilst stopped) WTF effort does it take to either take your rubbish home or say something to someone seen doing it.... Sorry Rant Over.....

It annoys me too - if you had it in your pockets / camel back etc before, surely it is no effort to put the empty wrappers back where they came from?

I think the attitude is the same as those who leave rubbish after a film in the cinema, because you need to pay (via parking) to ride at Degla then it's somehow someone else's responsibility to clean up.
