hi,
i'm looking for some [b]waterproof[/b] socks, similar to lizardskins. I've got big feet if it helps... Does anyone know of any alternatives?
Reason being that i went for a ride today, and we ended up going down stanage farmtrack. It was a river! Most of it was deep enough to get to my hubs, and some bits were considerably deeper and colder! Great fun though..

You mean Sealskinz? Why look for an alternative when they work?

that's the one. obviously i havent recovered from the ride.
there may be better alternatives on the market. It's always worth asking.
