What do people use to line the inside of the car to protect it from the bike?

Im able to get hold of some old kitchen vinyl flooring which I could chop up.

I recently bought a new car, so I want to be careful about protecting it. Would like to put something more substantial than just old sheets.

Thoughts?

I bought a double and a single inflatable mattress the type you use for camping from an Argos returns warehouse for a tenner. Cut them in half and you get two wheel bags and two frame bags.
Been using them for 5 years now, keeps your car reet nice!
