I can't swear by strength, but my Hylix carbon one weighs 200g and cost me £30 IIRC. It's very pretty and it hasn't broken yet, but then I'm not hard on seatposts. Rider weight limit is 280lbs so that's pretty encouraging.
Thomson isn't very light 😕 300g for this spec.
On-One Twelfty Seat-posts are good for £15.
Not too many options it seems if you need a 400mm.
I've got a silver USE alien used 3 times so its pretty mint.
It's 26.8 but you manufacture a coke can shim which will make it fit.
