Everyone seems to recommend the pressure drive, but I'm planning on using it for MTB so would the alloy drive be better?

I didn't know which I had, and it doesn't say on it, so I searched emails to find out:

Fantastic it is - thought my Crank Bros was good, but gave that away when I got this. Fit's in my Topeak aero medium without it being extended.
