That's about my least favourite trail that I've done with TA

Great pic of the jettisoned bike near the beginning though ๐Ÿ˜€

Red 10's OK. About the best of the way-marked trails (other than Black 8). Not a patch on the un-marked singletrack though!

I could tell you about a really good one, but if I did Stevo would hunt me down like a dog. ๐Ÿ˜‰

I rode it all...

I liked it.

This is the one track a freind was able to film me on.

quit the "some other trail is better" comments , so boring.

just enjoy.

And rightly so. You took the oath! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Nice video leeson, gives me that feelgood factor and has made me determined to get back out there again in 2010. I rode this trail when I went out to TA a couple of years ago.

Despite some of the above comments this is a great example of some of the riding available out there. It's not a "downhill" trail but there ain't a lot of pedalling going on and full facers and armour are recommended. [img] [/img]

I've been talking to Ash about a Dialled Bikes owners hardtail week at some point next year, Mr Idle.

nice vid

red 10 rocks in a different way to most of the stuff out there

lot's of foot out action there, looks like you are worrying about the front wheel drifting out? Maybe a bit more weight over the bars to help with grip, you seem to be over the back wheel a bit too much?

mike - That sounds quite interesting. I quite fancy taking the Holeshot out to Les Arcs and I am planning on a trip again next year (though stopping in Bourg St Maurice with mine and another family).

Would it be restricted to people actually using Dialled Bikes products in the Alps or open to DB owners but using whatever they like? I like the idea of the former. ๐Ÿ˜‰

leeson - Don't be put off by the comments of 'stevemcd'. He has, shall we say, a professional interest in making it seem like the only decent trails in the Les Arcs area require a guide to find, which is absolute tosh. If you've only a long weekend to spend out there then a guide is useful but if you have a few more days spare you can find most of the 'secret' stuff (mainly by following locals) easily enough and if you break up hooning days with an exploring day I find longer stays out there less demanding on the body (and bike).

Chris, that looks great, makes me want to have gone there as well! I like seeing the silhouetted chair lift pods in the background.

Jim, I haven't really given it a great deal of thought yet, but I think it would be aimed at people wanting to ride their Dialled Bikes bike in the Alps with other Dialled Bikes owners.

Sooty - Les Arc covers a fraction of the riding Stevo knows. How do i know?....because my wife and i spent a week with him in Sainte Foy. Les Arc is great if the funicular is running.

Whilst you clearly don't need a guide for most of the Les Arc riding, without a van uplift you won't get to ride some amazing trails elsewhere in the area....oh well ๐Ÿ™‚
