Can anyone suggest a good XC mountain bike route in or around Langdale in the Lakes?
Looking for something around 20-30 miles with some good hard climbs.
all BW or including FPs ?
Langdale, Wall End, Blea Tarn, (road/FP) to Fell Foot, Atkinson Coppice, Tilberthwaite, (FP to Holme Ground, BW Yew Band, road)/road to Low Yewdale, Boon Crag, Monk Coniston, Titty's Track (AKA Park Plantation), Grizedale VC for food, NFT Pt 1, The Park, Low Parkamoor, Selside, Nibthwaite, Nibthwaite Grange, Bletherbarrow Lane, Ickenthwaite, Thwaite Moss, Blind Lane, Breasty Haw, Devil's Gallop, Near Sawrey, Claife, Colthouse, Outgate, Randy Pike, Clappersgate, Langdale (phew)

I got a route map from the Great Langdale NT campsite, really good route on a laminated map for a couple of quid. Not too busy and lots of fun. They had a selection of routes if I remember right.
