I'm looking to buy a waterproof cycling jacket for my mum as a birthday gift. Ideally looking for something reasonably lightweight and packable but also, since she doesn't ride that often, something which wouldn't look too daft when worn off the bike. I have a budget of around £50-60.
Any recommendations?
