I recently purchased a KS Lev Integra and it doesn’t have the outer hose for the cable. Probably a daft question, but does anybody know what diameter hose is needed and where to purchase? My Google-Fu has proven to be poor on this.

I’ve always used a good quality standard gear cable inner and outer
