Anything half decent from the likes of CRC or Wiggle? I don't want to go silly, just something that will do the job on the cooler mornings on the way into work. Any recommendations?
I've tried loads. The only ones that seem to stay put are Assos. Not the cheepest I know, but you will have them for years.....

661 knee pads do the trick
Aye, suggestions for womanly knees would also be good!
Knee pads will look a little silly on my Tricross commuter! The roads around me are bad, but not that bad!

Lusso, cheap and stay put even on (my) stick legs.
Those ASSOS one are tiny..
Why do ASSOS Make leg warmers in size 1 & 2, but knee warmers in one size... ๐
Endura make some nice ones.
Ah, size could be an issue, I've got pretty chunky legs! Do they vary in size much?
i use these Gore kneewarmers.
They sometimes dont stay up but they are warm.
got some defeet, long, warm, and durable.
Descente are good, but size up a bit big. Did the trick tonight.
I have used a pair of Pearl Issumi for the last eight years and only now are they beginning to show their age. They come if different sizes too!
DeFeet are pretty good. Not that expensive. They don't stay put though, but they're pretty long and stretchy so can double up as full legwarmers at push
