Hi guys,

Has anyone had ny experience of the transition klunker. I am really keen to get one as I think I am in love with it.

Don't know whether it would just be used for the odd trip or if I could regularly ride it around cannock chase all year round. Woul love to do bline at degla on one.

I am an good rider (not boasting) had a lot of bmx background and I have had many rigid singlespeeds and I am quite fit but i am aware that there will be moments where i will need to push it.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

I got an old Schwinn frame with the plan to build it into a klunker. Won a 1" Marzocchi fork on ebay, then did nothing else with it... 😳 😥

The scariest thing is the pedal back brake.....you almost need to hit the ground with your feet pedalling. It takes some getting used to.

Cheers guys. Seems to be that the gear is quite hard and would probably need changing. Was good to see someone actually ising one out on the trails like i want to.
