[Closed] kielder 100 (Again)

Is riding the bike at all a good idea if you've just had a heart attack?
Is not a brisk walk a better idea?
No chance of riding Kielder this year - for both of us.

paul4stones - You dont ride with Gosforth do you?
Im ofetn on my road bike up round that neck of the woods!

Dicky - no, just with some mates. We generally fell run then cycle in the summer. I'm more into biking than they are mostly. I know a few of the Gosforth folk tho'
