Now that my lad is riding with me a bit more regularly I want to get him some proper riding gear.

Any recommendations for purveyors of decent clothing for 12 yr olds?

Might consider second hand if anyone wants rid of stuff their kids have grown out of.

Cheers.

Not thought of Decathlon - will check them out online.

Aldi/Lidl stuff's a bit hit & miss IME. I know some people swear by it but I've had good stuff and some total rubbish.

Was wondering if any of the mainstream bike gear manufacturers did stuff for small people

This place opened up last year and have a good range of kids gear, mostly Polaris but some others. They're extremely helpful with info on sizes if you give them a call too.
