I’m trying to find a headset for the above mentioned KM. I’ve tried looking at the compatibility charts and literature and it’s like giving a dog a copy of Stephen Hawkings Brief History of Time. I still have no clue what it is I need. If someone could please <span style="font-size: 0.8rem;">point me in the direction of the actual parts I need (a link would be amazing) as I’m close to throwing my iPad out of the window.

Other brands available, obviously, but ZS44 top (zero stack 44mm) and EC 44 (External cup 44mm) bottom are what you're after.
Also noticed this, which i found surprising:
"Please note that the manufacturer recommends to treat the inside of the frame tubes with corrosion protection before installation despite the ED coating."

Type H is ec44/40 is that correct?
Yeah, CRC list it as "EC44/40 - Type H"
This is really helpful in understanding - you'll see what your headtube looks like in the diagram, second one labelled "integral".
