I've got a xt ht 2 (the first generation...whatever number that is) which I recently fitted saint cups to, all runs fine so far.

i'm running a deore BB on some xt cranks, tbh i'm not sure what the difference is with the xt bb and the deore.. certainly weight wise i cant tell in the hand, never weighed them though, when it dies i will rip it apart to expose all to find out if the bearings and seals are the same as xt.

M970 can be used with Deore through to XTR. Saint are the same except the M815 model which uses a longer centre tube but the cups are the same.
