Not sure what would happen if you got hit/hit something a bit more vertical.

Much debate surrounds the use of cycle helmets – despite a dramatic increase over the last decade in the number of cyclists who wear them, the number of head injuries sustained has not declined.
What about the number of cyclists using bikes - has this not increased also? What about the severity of head injuries?

I didn't watch the video clip, but does that mean it inflates after your head has hit the ground? Does it just scoop up all the little bits of brain off the floor when it inflates?
