Watch you don't get sucked into a hole with the UMSSC athletes on Sunday.

I rode Woodbuy today for the first time in 4 months after my knee op. Only for 1.5 hours and fireroads, nowhere near rooty/rocky stuff but felt GREAT to be back on the bike again. Cannot believe how such a short ride could be so rewarding. Tomorrow Haldon take my little ones round the green run then let them play on the pump track

Riding? My bike got dumped on the side of the trail, found something much more fun! Check out the Tractor Trumps thread. 🙂

Clennell Street from Alwinton. Sunshine, deserted trails, one of the most beautiful corners of the country. Not bad.

Stayed there during the 2nd week in Sept. 4 days of cracking riding!

Best not tell anyone though... 😉

Riding to Llandegla from the wirral, completing the black run. If the weather isn't to bad I'll be riding back or ride into Wrexham and get the train back.

Gulp, that is some ride I live in the Wirral and Llandegla is a good hours drive away, and your riding there and then doing the black run? major kudos for that.

aftershock- Was a tough one got lost in Deeside industrial estate on the way there lol.

Near Buckley seen the Birkenhead North Enders Cycling Club so snatched some drafting to the Liver Arms pub near the trail. Was a good ride but mid trail got leg cramps so my strava KOM's took a beating haha

nice!

used to do a similar ride from chester, to the clywds from moel ffamau , ride across to llandegla and then back, Gwernymyndd hill was always a winner for warming your legs up prior to the big climbs

I like Moel Famou for the xc, keep it up.

Will try Loggerheads soon for some road riding and maybe a detour.
