Old gate possibly worth pub biking on, other than that canal fodder.
It looks fine certainly no worse than the bike I do most of my single speeding on .My wheels are better and I use v brakes on this on but that's about all
The bike belongs to a mate I work with, I gave him the tyre, a brand new hutchinson python, probably the most expensive thing on the bike!!

just right for going to the newsagents when you run out of milk. Leave it outside, don't have to bother with lock. Likewise, take to pub, wobble home.
