Yep, it's a real one. Check out the Phil Wood site.
Probably weighs a tonne, but your grandchildren will still be riding around on it when you are worm food!

It's described as a 36H Kiss Off hub, it has the right disc mounts etc, so must be a MTB hub, so will be normal 135mm spacing right?

Right again. Phil Wood will make you a 130 version as a special order, but this one will be 135 no doubt.
