Having just bought a bike from eBay I now realise that the seller isn't entirely open to the idea or actually sending items without being spoon-fed the answers. I/we need to send an bike insured to about £1400, can anyone suggest a carrier? any recommendations?

Thanks

go to parcel2go - you can buy insurance when you arrange the courier.

I sent mine ParcelForce, but I'm unsure about the insurance. A Rd bike was £11 & they collect from you.

Cheers, the insurance makes it extraordinarily pricey using ParcelForce... hmmmmm

Interparcel - used them a number of times no problems + full tracking etc. Go for the UPS option - will collect etc.
