So I have a reba 100mm solo air and looking to increase it to 120mm ( I believe this is possible). I think i need a new 120mm air shaft but what else do I need to buy do this.
Nothing extra to what you need for a regular service. Amazon had the best price on the air shaft when I went the other way a few weeks ago.
So it's as simple as just changing the air shaft? Simples. Cheers
Depends on the chassis as with the sids, there are 2 different models of chassis one 100mm max other 120mm max.
Check that the chassis can take 120mm before buy the new air shaft.
Ah I see. Cheers loco. These are the newer black (2015 I think) A3 26" 1 1/8 straight steerer which I think are OK to increase. How do I find out? Looked on the sram site and the tech doc there seems to indicate I can.
