Having a browse of Look's website, trying to figure out their bewildering range of very similar bikes, when I came across a groupset I don't recognise.

Anyone got any ideas? Is it something that exists or just one that Look have rendered for the picture (chain routing would suggest this to be fair)?

The only available groupset on that bike is Ultegra R8000, so probably just a rendering.

Looks like one of their own ones... Zed 3

The rear derailleur was the unknown bit, mostly.

Yeah the crankset is a Zed 3, but the shifters and mechs are something I've not seen before. Reckon it is just a rendering though, not really sure why they'd bother with that though.

If you take a close look, the black cable housing from the final cable stop to the mech is the blackest thing in the picture and a pretty unrealistic curve.

Id go with the above suggestions. This is what someone with Illustrator thinks a mech should look like. I'd imagine there was a problem with the stock image that wasn't picked up in the studio.

my eyes aren't so good but it could be Rotor

Neither Rotor, nor FSA; the cage has a SRAM Apex look to it, but the fact that is wired means it can't be SRAM.

The brifters are definitely Ultegra Di2.

I reckon it's a rendering done by someone using a white Apex mech for reference, and Ultegra brifters (I think they must be a rendering too becuase of the little white lines, slightly different gear lever shape too). Front mech has a slight Rotor Uno look about it.

Come to think of it, the whole bike looks like a rendering.

Cheers everyone for helping in my pointless geeky thread.

And the way the chain doesn't appear to go round the cassette.

Love the way the chain goes around an invisible jockey wheel then straight through the axle!

The rear is under the chainstays and the front is integrated in the fork, if that's what you mean ;).

I like the stealth brakes

They are actually integrated into the fork legs and chainstays, the neatest on the market at the moment.
If you weren't being sarcastic about the rendering I apologise!

I was trying sarcasm, but on looking properly I really do like the brakes.
