Having replaced my minidh bike with a Stumpjumper Evo, i was keen to see how the new bike handled the dh side of things.
Pretty good as it turns out, though i need to sort out the air shock to stop it doing this to me ๐
What exactly did the air shock do , i cant see it
Guessing it rebounded too quickly and kicked you forward? LOCO sorted mine on my Pitch as it was horrible from stock.

That's what i imagine happened. I felt the rear getting pushed upwards after take off and decided to bail out rather than nose it in. The next bit of trail, immediately after landing, is pretty rough and i really didn't fancy hitting it with the rear still off the ground ๐

Not sure if mine is horrible or not. Air shocks are new to me and the RP23 has several settings and a couple of knobs to play with. I guess my guess what would be suitable wasn't just right. Bike felt great on the rest of the trails today, but that was the first decent sized jump i've hit on it so maybe i'll have to experiment a bit more (starting with slowing the rebound a touch. I do like the idea of loco working some magic though.
A bit more footage from the ride (no crashes)
What a waste of a good hill.
cant see what the shock or rider did in the vid

You can kinda see it here ๐
Don't know bout the shock but thought the lad that picked your bike up was gonna puke at one point!I know. It might have look worse than it was. If my knee pad had of stayed in place, i'd be unscathed.
